The Process

  • To start we listen.  Spending time together, to understand your existing business and your valued clientele.We insist on some of this time being at your existing place of business so we can understand your brand identity, ethos and values and what you are hoping to provide – We are an extension of your existing offering.  

  • We will then present a list of carefully curated treatments and packages designed specifically for you and your valued clients. We will of course suggest pricing, again in line with your customers and existing business and will only move forward when you are 100% happy with the entire offering. 

  • We will then discuss and agree in the finer details, including financials, timelines etc so both parties are completely happy. We prepare the legal documentation and before proceeding will always ensure we have the correct special treatment licences and appropriate insurance.

  • We will then move toward the implementation phase, including:

    Marketing Calendar - Setting a launch date and updating your website, content, press coverage, and treatment menus. Launch Event - Often with the help of one of our Brand Partners.

    PR – Ensuring your PR team are fully involved in the new partnership, and we have the most effective coverage.

    Staff Training – We want your staff to be as comfortable talking about our services as we are so will arrange group and individual sessions to ensure everyone.

    Ongoing Evaluation - This really is only the start of the journey and the relationship, we will be visible and present, and our offering will always evolve and improve in line with your goals.

    You will always make the final decision, and whilst we may not always share the same view, we will always ensure you have the final say.
